The newly finished kitchen takes your breath away with it's oversized kitchen island, new appliances, and don't forget the most important thing... the fully stocked coffee bar! 

Bring your own or easily rent a boat, as we are a boater's paradise with gulf access right from our dock.
Our second bedroom is complete with a queen bed and breathtaking water views of the canal.
Our third bedroom is set with maximum flexibility in sleeping arrangements in mind! Complete with a queen bed, twin day bed and twin under trundle. Perfectly set up for a 3rd couple, entire family or several children... your choice!
